FOR THE INDEPENDENT VOICES

You made the film.
Let’s imagine what’s next.

A great short film deserves to find its people. We’re building a space for independent storytellers to share their work and open a new conversation.

A NEW HOME FOR YOUR WORK

More voices.
One love of cinema.

Alongside our originals, we plan to promote selected independent short films across our website, YouTube and social channels.

We want the process to be thoughtful and personal: watch the work, understand the filmmaker’s intentions, and agree on how the story should be shared.

HOW IT WILL WORK

From your screen
to a new audience.

01

Share your vision.

When submissions open, send a Google Drive viewing link, your synopsis and the details behind your film.

02

Let’s watch it.

Our team will review the story and reach out if there’s a fit for an Ataraxy showcase.

03

Agree, then premiere.

We’ll discuss permission, credits and release plans before any selected film is published.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before the
opening scene.

Are film submissions open?

Not yet. The submission page is currently a view-only preview. It does not accept, save or send information. We’ll update the page when submissions open.

What kinds of films are you interested in?

Short films with a clear voice and a story that stays with the viewer. Narrative, documentary, animation and experimental work all have a place in that conversation. Final eligibility requirements will be announced when submissions open.

How will I share my film?

The planned form will ask for a Google Drive viewing link, your film details, a short synopsis and contact information. You will not need to upload a large video file to this website.

Will every submitted film be published?

No. The plan is to review films individually and contact selected filmmakers. Submitting a link will not guarantee selection, publication, promotion or a specific audience.

Who keeps the rights to my film?

A viewing link is intended for review. Any publication, promotional use, credits and permissions would be discussed separately with the rights holder before a film is shared.

Where could a selected film appear?

We plan to showcase selected films on the Ataraxy Films website, YouTube channel and social pages. The specific channels and terms would be agreed before publication.
